Monday and Tuesday sessions both have a technical focus on a weekly theme or shot. Wednesday and Thursday sessions both have a more tactical focus with condition drills and games that put the weekly theme into practice.

We’re still working on what we intend to be the most dynamic and accessible adult squash programming in the city. There will be group training, group physical training, club tournament play, NY Squash tournament play, leagues, individual instruction, international matchups, round robins, and lots of interesting high-tech gadgetry to fascinate the young and cause muttering among the veterans.
Nicol Squash Academy is led by former 5-year PSA world #1 Peter Nicol. His amazing team is made up of the top coaches, pros, and fitness professionals in squash. Nicol Squash Academy works with kids and adults who love squash, whether they want to simply improve their game, play on top college teams, win local and national tournaments at all skill levels, or are aspiring professionals.
Former Poly Prep alum and current coach at Poly Prep, Jamal has been instrumental in developing the boys and girls teams at the school. We’ve been lucky to have Jamal with us from the beginning at Poly Prep – he’s an integral part of the team.
Chris Sachive is an assistant coach at Columbia. Chris served as the first-ever head coach at Dickinson College after the squash program was added in 2014. Prior to coaching, he was a member of the varsity squash team at Cornell University.
